This is the third free concert presented as part of Summer in the City!
The Bagg Street Klezmer Band was formed in 1991 in the old Jewish Quarter of Montreal, taking its name and its inspiration from the historic Montreal Synagogue situated at the corner of Bagg Street and Clark Street. Since then, the band has played often at concerts, weddings, and festivals, including the Montreal International Jazz Festival. The Bagg Street Klezmer Band’s music features clarinet, violin, keyboards, accordion, saxophone, trumpet, and percussion.
We hope to see you at the show!
