Spring has arrived as has the new Spring/Summer Library Program brochure. There are many fantastic programs in store. This week on  Thursday, March 29 2012 at 7 pm Chef Elliott Cohen kicks things off with a great Passover cooking demonstration.

Chef Cohen will demonstrate three simple and delicious Passover appetizers to sample and enjoy. Recipes include: Chilled Cucumber Mint Soup, Pistachio and Dried Fruit Haroseth and Spiced Matzo Chips with Dip. Tickets for this event are $7 in advance and $10 the day of the event.
